So on Saturday I was helping out with my sister's bf's brother's wedding and it was pretty fun(?). Wait, back up. The couple were pretty unprepared and by like thursday, still didn't have any flowers. So they asked my mom to do it so yeah, she did it. That meant waking up at 5am on friday, go to flemington and buy a shitload of flowers. Yeah, Mitchell was very cranky that day. So back to Saturday. Woke at 7, got changed and ready, went to sister's bf's house and waited for something to happen. Then I followed the other groomsmen and carried the red circle tray things to the car where we went down to some place pretty far away (it's like near the fridging airport) to the bride's house. Another ceremony there where i handed it over to the bride's TB brother (god his hair was like drenched in gel) then just went to the backyard and waited while the couple did their buddhist voodoo and tea ceremony :L Damn i should've brought along earphones- waiting was so boring and long. An hour later, i was starving but luckily the ceremony finished and we went back to the groom's house and ate. Zomg, the food was yummyyyyyy - the family hired people from some restaurant and they cooked- basically it was exactly what i ate at the reception place! YUMM :) went home after that, finished my truong hw then prepared for the reception dinner. Went to some new reception place in cabra.. pretty nice place- the just renovated too. Dinner was the typical menu, steamed fish, shark fin soup, prawn salad, prawn rolls, lobster and fried rice. But i wasnt even full cause they gave it out one dish per like fridging 30 minutes. So it was like 2 hrs wait. then one dish. 30 mins later. dish. 30 mins later. dish and so on >:O
But yeah, it was pretty fun. Now i can tick wedding off as one of the holiday activities! I have truong in like an hour and i ran out of looseleaf paper. Hmm, i can't buy atm, mom's too busy with work. Damn, looks like i'm gonna scab like 3 from michelle. Uh oh, we are definately getting log and linear exams back today. Dude, i failed so much. I feel so bad atm. Like, when i feel like i do good, i get 93% ish? But even then, that score is crap in my class. So imagine i get like freakin 40-50 %?! ARGH. Plus my result is gonna be on the board. oh the humiliation.
