 history minor excursion yesterday! and yeaah, it was FUN :DWell ok, in the morn we went to buy tickets right? (Pftt, wrote on the note to buy it as if) and yeah, it was like 8 mins to 9:00 which means cheaper tix. But like the train was supposed to come at like 9:01 and buying right when the clock struck 9 was too risky so i paid $5.60 :( then we went up the stairs to get to the other platform when michael who was the last, exclaimed he only had to pay 2.80! TT" WE GOT SCRWED OVER.
Trained it to St James and zomg, it was hot and uncomfortable for a whole hour. Nothing much happened, just ipoding and waving to ran ppl on other trains :D
Got off and wow, the park was beautiful! so nice and it felt like you were in New York or something! And zomg, we went past the Diet coke place!!! You know, the one where the girl with the blue sparkly hands run to the fountain and runs around the lamps above! :D:D LOL, yes i made a discovery! Haha, also found this at the exit of the park. HARRY POTTER FTW!
After walking through the park, we went to the Museum. Wow, the place is nice looking. The stupid guide lady didnt let us take our cameras in the Egypt exhibit cos the camera might damage the artifacts and such so no pics there. But man, the egyptian stuff were awesome! Tombs, mummies (there was one where some lady is mummified with her 2 babies!) :O there were also a bunch of other egypt cool stuff but yeah, you got to be there to really experience it! After Egypt, we went to the Dinosaur part where geekasaurusrawr actually met ___sauruses! :)
The place was awesome. Giant dinosaurs, spinning wheels, a sandbox with a bone it to discover and touch screen galore! :D After the entire museum experience, all of us went back to the park for lunch. Teachers were awesome and said that we could have an hour's free time around the city but we had to meet back at the park by then :D:D I THINK ASHLEY AND I WERE SMILING OUT ASSES OFF! Went to the Sydney Plaza for Maccas but we didnt explore. we went back to the park and just relaxed for an hour under the shades and the fountains. Seriously, i think this was the highlight of the day. :) Came back to school and yeah, that was my day.
